Lucille R. Douglass
Partner
An experienced and passionate advocate for the rights of the accused, Luci currently limits her practice to criminal defense and related cases. She is a seasoned litigator with a history of successes in both motions and trials.
With a history of practice, including time as a public defender and a prosecutor in addition to 14 years of experience as a private defense attorney, Luci has what it takes to defend you in your case.
Luci was born in Denver, CO, and grew up on a farm in Norton, KS. She attended the Fort Hays State University and graduated summa cum laude in 1993 from the Southwest Texas State University with degrees in History and Political Science.
Attending law school at the University of Texas in Austin and graduating in 1996, Luci was admitted to the Kansas Bar in the same year and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Kansas.
Luci is a member of the Finney County, Southwest Kansas, and Kansas Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Linda J. Lobmeyer
Partner
Linda brings a keen eye for the big picture to her work. Her practice concentrates on all aspects of relationship dissolution, custody, elder law, and juvenile cases. Linda strives to listen to her clients so that she can assist them in achieving desired outcomes during difficult situations.
Linda grew up on a farm south of Garden City. She graduated from Kansas State University in 1996 with a degree in English Literature and from Washburn School of Law in 2000.
Linda has practiced law in Garden City since 2001 in various roles including as a prosecutor, a legal aid attorney and general private practice.
Linda is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Finney County Bar Association, the Southwest Kansas Bar Association and is currently serving as member of its Board of Directors.
In her spare time, Linda can be found serving on local non-profit boards, writing poetry, spending time outdoors and singing at St. Dominic Church with the choir.
Shane Luedke
Associate
Shane concentrates his practice on bankruptcies, civil litigation for plaintiffs and or defendants, and landlord-tenant disputes. He also works in the areas of criminal law, DUI and family law.
Prior to joining Calihan Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Luedke practiced law in Chicago, Illinois. Shane brings a varied background from his work as in attorney in Chicago where he appeared before the federal courts in Social Security disability matters. He also represented labor unions, took on family law matters, property tax issues and landlord and tenant disputes.
Shane has a deep commitment to the rights of every individual and pours himself into fighting diligently for all of his clients.
Shane was born in Topeka, Kansas and grew up in Atwood, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in political Science. In 2005, he graduated from law school at the University of Iowa College of Law. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 2005 and Kansas in 2019.
